Myth and BWC

This morning Myth had planed a Relic Raid, bwca was warm welcome. We grouped up at apk and moved on. - well while we was on RR Cele was bitching us to leave the RR and come home and defend cause alb had bled ( mids had tried VERY hardly to take bled 1 hours before but cause it was very early it wasnt possible cause of lvl 10 keep with 30 albs inside.)

- Well homedefend first or not, later today Cele was asking all from alliance to come to Relic Raid EVEN we didt had bled yet and with alot of enemys around in our fontier. I was asking what about our own fontier but didt got an answer.

- Why didt we defend our fontier before Bwca maked RR?
- or was the first part an atack against Myth?

- Well GM and officers in MdoM got disappointed, we want to see 2 strong alliances working good together and make our realm stronger

I can speak to that Bums. When I got on at 2pm my time, 60+ albs were in Bled farming mids and had been wiping mids for 5+ hours. They would all log in Bled and go play alts until mids came back and then they would all log on. They had 5-6 trebs up and mids had no chance. So bled was a no-go.

We decided to go hit some RK doors. Once we were in alb, Glenlock fell to 8 albs. 8! It was another alliance that owned Glen and no one had told us. Still, it's sad that 8 people were allowed to take a keep. But we didn't think 8 keep taking albs were worth suiciding back to mid for.

doesnt make a differents - mids had a hard time at bled and had to give up before Myth RR too....

Running headlong into a trap doesn't consitute smart warfare. For FIVE freaking hours the albs had farmed the mids. Massacred the mids. Dinged new realm ranks because the mids were so stupid to keep assaulting a level 10 keep with tons of trebs inside.

We had 40 people in Albion taking keeps. If the rest of the server wouldn't help stop 8 vaders from taking keeps, then the rest of the server be damned.

So I am sorry, I disagree strongly. The smart move was for us to give them an incentive to leave Bled. Either they come out to take more keeps and get attacked, or they run to albion to stop us. But to keep assaulting Bled was stupidity.

it's basiclly like when we would take beno and set up treb warefare.. or when we let albs take DF and set up trebs at their entrance.. and they just keep feeding us. =)

what Bums was trying to say is the same situation occured w/ Myth before their planned RR. Mids had already been farmed for hours before the raid. I imagine they also didn't see any point in mids being farmed any longer and they went ahead with their RR. When Celestrial came on she was telling alliance members that they had to leave the Myth alliance RR and get to home defense. Bums point was trying to make was that we went to Albs later on while they still had Bled. What was the difference? I would guess that Celestrial didn't know the situation and what had gone on the past hours when she was telling alliance members to leave the Myth RR.
Both alliances did essentially the same thing..just at different times.

I am curious myself? I know Drutt posted here couple weeks ago about leaving Myth ( of course i know he's back now) and wanted to be removed from this board . Are we still trying to work with Myth alliance when possible or not?

Actually, the albs had bled for almost 18 hours. They took it first for the late night RR they tried. I led a 3 hour siege on bled which turned out fruitless then I logged.

Lots of BWC officers have been talking with Drutt and the relationship between BWC and Myth alliance is aok. Drutt resolved his problems with Myth and went back to his guild. My personal feeling is I have always wanted to work together with them. I have many friends still in Myth.

As to the Myth RR event in question. Sorry I wasn't there. Not sure what to say.

All I can say is if we are ever needed for a RR it would be wise to post it here. We check these boards much more then other guild boards.

I"m glad things are worked out w/ Myth alliance, after his posting most of us were left in the dark and guessing how things stood between the 2 alliances.


i agree it should be posted here..it seemed to be common knowledge though. does drutt even have access here still?

Yea, he does bro. We really do not mind being flamed as it happens to us ALL the time everywhere we play. We are not a pharm guild on this server and will continue to do work on making Mid the realm to beat. That includes working with other alliances in a greater capacity then we have before. Remember this goal was just started 6 weeks ago ~
