Anotehr thing to think about since you are old is that you could take some geritol. for tht extra pick me up. Stay away from the viagra before a work out. could give yourself a heart attack. Also anytime you are lifting anything over 40lbs you might want to slap on some depends. I know old people have bladder problems.

Anyhow. Erin (wife), gave me one of her pain killers. It's starting to get better (slowly). I'm also high as hell atm (from the pills).
