I started Enchanting over the weekend. It's currently at 150. I would appreciate any help the guild can give me. I know people are saving for mounts and epic mounts and what have you. I don't want money but any spare greens or blues or any extra silk, mageweave or runecloth would help.
Thanks

Hey Fard or anyone else for that matter....what do you mean by greens and blues?
I'm still a noob to WoW somewhat. Do you mean lvl's in armor? And if so, what do you do with them.

I have never been an enthusiast of the more obscure holidays like “Groundhog Day.” This type of holiday made more sense long ago when Doppler radar was not available and faith in groundhogs was stronger.

As a 284 Enchanter, I can testify that it sucks. You miss out on a ton of cash because you convert into materials what other people turn into cash. You'll also discover that no one will ever pay you the material cost for enchanting (your better off selling the materials if you want to make money from them). Also FYI, weapons sell for more than crappy pieces of armor (so sell them rather than disenchanting them), materials are based on item level (so cheap crappy lvl 55+ gear are the best things to disenchant at the end), and shards only come from blues (some blues can be crafted and provide a better source than relying on raids/drops). I turn all of my cloth (mageweave and runecloth) into items for disenchanting. I then use the materials for enchanting. If you have a crafting alternate profession, I would suggest you do the same. Always look for the cheapest material component cost for yellow/oj con enchants to skill up the fastest. I also store a few items in my vault that I can enchant (after offering on guild channel for free enchants) - bracer, cloak, boots in case I don't want that particular enchant on my current items. Otherwise, welcome to my world of pain (tailoring also sucks money (bag prices have fallen through the floor as the market has been flooded so don't expect to make money on them either)).
Had I known at the beginning what I know now, I would have started as a miner/skinner, dropped skinning at lvl 60 and picked up engineering, which you can speed skill up with materials you have gained or can gain easily at lvl 60. If you want, you can have a lowbie alt do disenchanting (disenchanting isn't based on level, though it should be to avoid people exploiting this) so that you can have the materials you need for a high skill enchanter (there are a ton of them) to use on your items (saving you time and money) by feeding your lowbie items via the mail. You should also have quite a bit of cash from AH sales of the material you have been collecting. That's just my two cents though.
