Because I don't want to farm or do darkspire runs over and over to prove my manhood, I'm cheap. The two darkspire armor items I found on a consignment merchant for 500gp apiece. This is as inexpensive as getting 99% armor and getting it SC'd. The Darkspire sword is the Infil sword, but it only differs from the non-infil sword by +3 slash vs +4 slash, otherwise identical. A real bargain at 400g in housing. Buy it and laugh at the people doing darkspire over and over for the perfect sword.

Assumptions:
Melee & Body resists are the most important
Resists slightly more important than maxed stats
Every +20 hits is like 1% resists across the board. (I wish this had capped +hits)
Don't need + instruments because 50 specced, but do need capped +stealth
I don't use the SC prog everyone else uses, I've got a Excel doc I used at work for this, so I'll have to emulate the familiar format.
