Suggestion.

As Yippee suggested, we could do the draft in game, and I think we should all chip in a plat or something and divide the pot amongst the top 3 finishers. At least that way people will be more inclined not to stop playing if they lose a game or two.

That's always a big problem in these kinds of leagues, imo.
