WoW Interview

Postby Supreem » Thu Dec 16, 2004 9:42 am

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/fan ... 12-13.html

Will high-level players be punished in some way under the new PvP system when they kill low-level players?
We aren't planning on punishing players for killing low level players; instead we would like to offer compelling incentives to players who kill appropriately level opponents. In addition, the Battlefields will be restricted to players of specific level ranges.

...Suckage...

What are your thoughts on PvP balance and how the classes should stack up versus each other?
Although we will be making balance improvements, in general we are pretty happy with our PvP class balance. However, we don't feel drastic changes are needed at this time.

Yes... leave meh shammy alone!! :-D

Fear already has diminishing effects, so suck it.

afraid of a nerf are we? Fear isn't so bad as polymorph chain cast. If they put in the way polymorph used to be for blizzard it would rock. Cast it 2x on the same target and it polys the caster instead.

I'm not scared of a nerf because I know there isn't one coming.

That would be funny though... 2x poly and then the caster gets a dose of his own medicine hah.

Yes please. Nerf fear. That way, hunters can cast more of their 19,000 instant cast gun/bow shots.

Also, if I were to get in close cobat with them, and stop their 8-35 range on their 19,000 IC shot from bow or gun, it's good to know, i can't do shit about it. Since they can spec in dual wield.

I won't re-roll. Getting angry makes me feel all tingly down

P.S. I forgot. They also get a fucking pet!!!!!!!!!!
