What time on the 14th...

are they opening up the servers for us losers that didnt have active accounts by the 1st.

its the 2nd god dammit they cut it off at the 2nd due to time zone differences!

I didnt activate until the 8th so it doesnt matter if its the 1st or the 2nd. The question still remains, what time on the 14th?
