Vid Card Ram Uprgrades

Im on a budget so i have the option
Raedon 9200 62 128 megs of ram 67$
or
Geforce Fx 5200 128 megs of ram 60$ Dx 9 options but shitty
or
Geforce TI4200 64 megs of ram 82$
or
Geforce TI4200 128 megs of ram 103-120$

Lastly Im upgrading from 256 to 512 or 768
thats like 80$ or 40$

As far as performance Im using a Geforce 2 pro 32 megs
So my budget is really tight and i dont know what to do to get the most bang for my buck.

I got the Geforce 4 TI 4200 64 MB and i like it. But if u can afford to get a geforce with 128 mb i would do it cause 128 will be a kickin card for a long time. But still i like the card i have too so either way.

Best choice of the cards you have listed.
