This isn't the first time I've logged in to be completely ignored when asking who has our frontier chat group. But today I had to ask our /as after asking the guild 2-3 times 2-3 mins apart each asking. So when I got to hlid and got ganked by hibs, i just said fuck it and logged off. It takes 5 seconds to type /gu <name>.

This has been a problem for awhile in my eyes, and I've been guilty of it to. I've been busy and I realize you are all too. It doesn't feel good to log on and ask whats going on and who has this or that and to be completely ignored. Just look at Winke as an example today of how it feels. I think we all need to start taking 5-10 seconds out of our day to answer back to people in this guild and not make them feel left out.
can't touch this~

Yeah, I agree that it seems to happen a lot. I know a lot of people log in to see whats up and if there are any RvR groups open and just get ignored. It would be pretty cool if you could log in and say, /gu any room? and actually get an answer back sometimes.

I agree Cripp.... Gemmie has logged in and back out 3 times since coming home with the baby for this exact reason.

We have like a 2-3 hour window where we can play, and she was completely ignored when she asked in GU what was going on.

Not good for morale.

well...not everyone has their chat options turned on..

like my group chat only has /g & /cg visable, helps filter out spam of things that aren't directly going on in the /g and the /cg.

that can be more of less the reasoning behind why things liek this happen.. tect flyes very very fast in active /cg /g chats.

it's not like they are ignoring you i'm sure... i always love having a RM in a group for 3 major reason... extra movement speed.... pbt... and nuking the hell out of everyone.

Never the less, Crip brings up a good issue that always needs to be a reminder in any guild. Take a second to welcome and help fellow BWCers. Especially the older members, you guys should already be on top of this. I almost always say Hi and Bye in /gu. I even talked to Winke the day he quit but believe I was the only one.

I try to always just private tell anyone the question they ask if I know it... And for those that log in and say "is there room in <zone> group?" I normally give them a situation report similair to "As of now I'm in a group of 7, but we currently have no seers so we are waiting for one, but the cg is <name>."

But I like to talk a lot. And I blabber on and on about things not related : :lookround: , but I'm trying to make friends in guild, me being random person among the crowd most times.

Thats exactly what you do Virg. Making friends is effort and youll get respect for it. I hate it when people believe they are entitled to be part of a group of people that are used to each otehr without making an effort. In and out of gaming.
