Ok, from talking to everyone in game, all but Warrat has voted for Naboo or said they don't care (despero).
Next choice is city. I had though outside of theed, but now I'm leaning towards Moenia, as it has a rebel terminal and a lot of rebel activity. I spent about 5 hours Friday night in Theed starport/cantina selling, and while I was there the rebels were OWNING the imps all over the place, so seems like there is a nice presence there.
There are some concerns of lag there...war says he lags a lot on naboo. I can say I"ve lagged more on talus than any other planet (cept tat but I hate there). I spend a lot of time in theed and coronet and have never gotten the crafting lag, even during prime time. Is this an issue to others? None of the jaxers in the email have had that either really.
So, the 3 cities I've heard are theed, keren?, and Moenia.
If you are on today, look around some, take a deed for something, a harvestor or whatever, and scout out a good spot. We need an area with a lot of "green" when you try to place it, as close to a city as possible. You may have to destroy a lair, as you can't build to close to them.
We want plenty of room so we can build houses and a few factories around it. I suggest having the houses and PA hall facing whatever city, and then place the factories behind it a bit.
Finally, there wsa some discussion on doing a one stop shop in the PA hall, or each seller building their own house near the PA. If that is the case, I'ld suggest leaving a front row of houses, then the PA hall. Let me know what you guys think.
Heck, if it stays just a small group of us, I'll see about just adding you guys to our email list, although it is pretty spammy.

One thing you might want to think of also is Theed for the fact there is no wait at the Star Port. 10 Mins of waiting for Star Ports just sucks. And, I don't think Theed is bugged. Since it's a giant hanger and there are tons of starships in there compared to your normal round fly in domes for all the others.
My PA on Bria is moving from Coronet - Corellia to Theed Naboo this weekend after being in the other spot for a month already.
Not sure if it matters with you guys either. But a Medium house on Naboo simply owns Larges anywhere else, not to mention it only takes 2 slots which is great for crafters. With a large you waste 6 slots, doesn't leave a whole lot of room for harvesters.
If you haven't really seen what's out there much. Check this site out. They have some pretty nice screenshots and infomation on housing for the planets.

Currently not sure if you are aware or not, but PA Halls seemed to be bugged on some things. Here is a list to help you if you didn't know yet.
1. Only the person who placed the PA Hall can place objects regardless of people having admin rights.
2. The guild terminal is bugged for setting peoples permissions. I submitted a ticket on this and was told they are aware and trying to fix this asap.
3. To sponser people or accept them to the PA, they must be near to you. No across the map DAoC invites.
4. Changing of a members title/rank is also bugged.
5. There currently doesn't seem to be anywhere for members to pay their dues to the hall unless you make everyone an admin on the PA Terminal.
6. Vendors aside from the person who placed the hall seem to be bugged as well. My guild has 5 crafters and none of them have been able to place a vendor in our hall.
That's all I can think of atm. But it might help you with your planning for now. Houses are easy to pickup if they don't have a ton of crap in them, so you could make changes easy if you needed to.
This will be the 2nd move for my PA actually. We have a PA Hall on each end and all our houses are going to be placed in rows with their doors facing each other. The center of our town will contain our crafters housing in a mall style setup.
When player cities go in things will change a bit, but this will be a nice simple setup for now.
Hope some of that helps. Kinda wish I was playing with BWC on this one cause I hate being a GM sometimes. Too much drama for me.

Thanks for the info phish. We aren't really a major PA or anything. No one really leading but I guess people still look to me for final decisions. Just playing as friends right now.
A few of those things you mention are fixed on test center, specificaly the admin rights and vendor issue. That has been some of the debate..I resell out of a PA hall on coronet, someone made a one stop shop. That is a truely awesome way to do your shop...he has 5 vendors all in a line in that center room, with a sparse but elegant decoration of my clothings and a few plants. I was in there most of the day yesterday and everyone just oohed and aahed over that.
But, I didn't realize that was just the medium house on naboo! We all thought it was the large, and that the round was the medium. Hehhe. That may change my idea. I'll probaly just do a medium house with candi, and place the PA with candide. That will leave candi with plenty of lots for her 3 factories and some harvestors.
Naboo by far has the best houses IMO.
Personally, I want to be near theed for sales reasons. But I can be persuaded towards moenia if thats what others want, I don't think it will make that big of an impact on sales, and I'm trying to impress on everyone that this isn't about what ~I~ want, but what the group wants.

Well, I have a medium on Naboo (very nice) it's near Kaadara, on the beach, the only problem there is the amount of Imps I see every once in a while just slaughtering all the rebel NPCs out there, I've only seen Imp terminals.
It seems to have some good bizness for crafters (I've seen a few one stop shops, the most was 3) and the archys seem to be doing well...or so it seems...
It has ALOT of green and if your in a good spot, (not sure how many good spots left) you can be on green and have a nice beach view...
Radient > Naboo > Valdi
