ALOT. Basiclly, all NHL stars who are not in the playoffs go to their home countries to represent them. Swedes, Czechs, Russians, and Canadians are abviously usually the winners of the championship.

really exciting stuff goes on here. It is REAL hockey. Lots and LOTS of talent.. unfortunately, not so much fighting. :D and now that the NHL might die... I am wondering if the EU leagues will sky rocket with influx of people...

Yes it is. The NHL lost ALOT of money this year. The players even agreed to a cut in pay... There is a real threat of no NHL next year. It is VERY unfortunate. I do not think the owners realize that spending 50 bucks for a ticket is just WAY to expensive. If they only realized it is quanity not quality. :P Sell 4 tix at 30 and that is more than 2 at 50. Then they get to sell 4 times the amount of concessions and souvenirs too. Beware the green eyed monster... Some people will never learn or care though.

Seriously bro- Law is right....im just messing w/ you. Yes I do know its a game...FUN. This however is the BWC boards. Take a look at the Chode Warrior threads...its not always a bad thing, Chode Warriors can be good too...Super will tell ya. I think you could use a second or two to lighten up as well. Gotta reach down deep bro...grab hold..take a deep breath..and YANK them fuckers up!

The coverage of the World Championships is ZERO in the US. Living in Detroit and near Canada, they may have it on CBC (national TV network). But, since I have satellite, no CBC or Hockey Night in Canada for me anymore.
