Nex Necis's attempt to steal GOV from godorn and myself.

At first Evil Dead had an artifact group out that was gonna kill GOV. I was told that GOV was claimed already and that it was gonna go to Distiini of Evil Dead. Soo time flies and Distiini knows that Evil Dead couldn't kill GOV. So, Distiini says F it, and that i can kill it with godorn. distiini said that ALL he wanted was credit, so i asked if ANYBODY else in Evil dead needed credit and he said only he did. so i'm like hmm.. ok.. i made a BG.. invited them. and then we go on killing it....
when Danos get's to about 70% life.... Here comes Nex Necis Full group. Their full group was: Adrynn, Simblemind, Squeakie, Deayath, Darkonis, Kaohria, Yugiohh, Azersama(which he claimed wasn't the real). They start slow on hitting the mobs, acting like they're arn't gonna do anything... then the next thing you know.. they're all on it., trying to steal it from godorn.
Godorn has never done anything bad to anybody, he's probably the nicest person on the realm. Nex Necis trying to Grief godorn and myself was a childish act and should not be allowed in this Alliance.

while killing danos.. Nex Necis is spamming how they're taking it because deso stole SOM from them. SOM was NOT stolen from Nex Necis.

the SOM was NOT engaged or pulled by anybody. If the artifact is NOT pulled... ITS FREE GAME.. ANYBODY CAN TAKE IT.... i dunno why you would think that's stealing. I was not present at the time.. but BOTH parties said that's how it went, and it seems to be that way. Sure somebody camping it for a long time and having another group come by to kill it becuase the people that camped it can't kill it does suck. But that's the nature of the game.

Now in today's situation, WE had pulled the MOB (we didn't steal as Evil Dead TOLD us to kill it) and we got it to about 80%.... that means.. we have already claimed the mob by engaging and smacking at it, which also means to not F*** with it. After it's at 80%.. Nex Necis comes and tries to STEAL it.....

while we're killing it, i read some asshat's remark that Nex Necis was helping Evil Dead becuase we were STEALING the mob from Evil Dead. look at what some ED was saying and get a clue:

Outkst from NN says: its called help **no, it's called TRYING to steal but failing**

i said to stop stealing our artifact...

as you can see.. at SOM.. nobody claimed the mob nor was there enough people at the encounter to do the artifact, but at danos.. we were fine and Nex Necis's attempt to steal it WAS unsuccessful but should NOT be tolerated in this alliance. Griefing guilds like these is what makes the game bad.

i dunno about gov, but the som story sounds bad on ur part especially since it was an alliance member. The point of someone camping an arti is waiting for spawn then they will form a grp to do it. It was bad idea on ur part to just jump in on som w/o giving them a chance to form grp seeing as a person was camping it. This is just my opinion, i do not speak for bwc nor am i a leader.

i wasn't there but, camping a mob means nothing.. i can make a lvl 20 bot and camp him at som ... does that mean i own the next encounter pop? Like godorn said.. it's not in violation of the game, anybody can camp the mob. but stealing a mob that's already engaged is griefing.

yes it may not be in violation of the game rules but its in poor taste. ppl generally cant get an fg to camp 1 spot for 5-10 hours u know. Not everyone belongs to a guild that will drop w/e there doing to come do an encounter, i just think it be better not to attack an arti encounter if someone is camping it and tells u they have intentions of doing it within a reasonable amount of time.

i wasnt defending NN, as i said in first post i was talking about the som thing. And that comment was a general statement. It obviously seems what NN did was wrong and they were confused on the situation and would prolly be a tos violation. But taking an encounter just becuz the some person didnt have a grp formed at that time isnt something respectable either imo.

ohwell, like ting said, all artifacts are 100% unclaimable untill picked up. So what goes around comes around it seems. The mentality that was givin off from that other post maybe set the tone that this kind of stuff was ok.

All this could of been avoided if the som wasn't stolen(they where there, and are in your alliance, maybe you should of respected that fact, in which case since you didn't, so they didn't)from them, sucks that this kind of stuff goes on in our alliance, but owell midgard is turning into a bunch of mannerless retards.

sure deso might've done something that you saw wrong in your eyes... but at least make sure you have the right guys if you're gonna try and grief them back in revenge.

Slawpy said everything that needs to be said so I am just going to back up his statement. Danos was engaged by us before NN even showed up. They jumped in after mob was at roughly 80% and attempted a kill steal. Not sure what the deal is with SoM but regardless these actions are uncalled for.

Some may believe this but similar events should not take part in the same alliance. The should not even take place in the same realm but I know it's not a perfect world.

I can't speak for what happen today for I wasnt there nor was I ingame. What I will speak of is once again the SoM encounter. The events happend in this order:

1. I see that SoM has popped.
2. I announce in /as that I have an open bg for anyone who wishes to join and roll.
3. I have a full group in the bg and 1 member of Desolate approaches me 5minutes after the /as announcement.
4. I tell him that I have the bg.
5. He replies my guild is inc.
6. The Desolate group arives as half of my bg is there at the moment aswell.
7. I announce again, I have bg.
8. Desolate group decides to take the encounter.

Is this a violation, no, is this respectful, no, is this how you treat your /as, it shouldnt be. Anyone who believes that nothing was done wrong has no respect for others that they play with. Therefore I reach my conclusion that Desolate desires not to work with or be a part of this /as. I've recently heard other incidents with Desolate regarding artifacts from other members in my guild and what they did today I would say was out of anger or possible getting there own revenge since nothing has been or will be done to address this issue. If the leaders of this alliance tolerate this kind of what I would consider abuse to continue then your /as will fail.
Do as you wish with my guild in regards to the alliance for I cant forsee a common ground coming between the playing style and mind set of Desolate and Nex Necis.

I was playing Banilj & botted Azersama. My warrior Deayath wasnt there(logged on later).. too bad.

This was not against Godorn( I like Godorn) or you Slawpy. It was against how the guild Desolate has been acting lately.

This was not against our friends in Evil Dead. If we had gotten the GoV, we would not have kept it from you.

Ok sorry about what happened with SoM incident. Desolate is new to the alliance and not a "pve orientated" guild. Stuff like this happens and they need to be notified and eventually learn to deal with other guilds. Slowly they are being integrated into our alliance and adjusting to the other guilds. Of course there is friction. It's baby steps folks. Just have to give each other common courtesy and respect.

Today's incident was not cool. I thought everything was cleared out with NN and Desolate. I spoke to both guilds/GMs and we were cool. I HAD HOPED this message was conveyed to their members but it didn't seem that way. "Revenge" is not cool with me. I don't tolerate it. Its silly and stupid. If you want to be that way, please take yourself elsewhere.

This alliance has very few rules. I don't want to impose stupid "pve" rules so you guys get along. We're all adults here. So lets act like it. This is my final warning to both guilds. If anything like this happens again, both guilds are out. I don't have any more tolerance for stuff like this.

Just grow up, be respectful and be courteous. We can do a lot of great things and be successful
