we have 11 teams do we need an even amount for auto draft to kick in?? If so my friend can join with a team asap. I noticed it said on site any league with odd amount of managers wil not be allowed to draft thats why i ask.

You an have any number of teams in a league. Even is nice so we do not have Bye weeks. Go ahead and have your friend sign up Menagery, Yahoo claims the auto draft can take up to 72 hours.
