Well as sad as it may seem I dont wanna log into play DAOC any more. The game has become unfun and boring. It's more of a chore (sp?) than a fun event, it seems like work, hell ive played more daoc hours than ive logged at work, WTF LOL I really need to stop playing this game now if thats the case. I'm looking for a legit way to sell my daoc account and not get scammed. I think I remember the secret word if not I will call mythic and get it from them somehow. I'm not saying I will sell right away, I just wanna know how to go about it correctly. Any one have any experience in this field, any info will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance, Rob.

Sell on ebay. The only way youll get more money is if you have secret word and then when you sell it tell them you are either accept money orders only (safest way) or you will take paypal and wait till it clears in your bank account before they get the SW. Either of these ways should suffice.
Never let them talk you into getting the account info prior to you actually recieving the cash like they say money is in a check on the way. BS. they will log in and loot your account then scam you. Wait till funds clear prior to giving them anything.

Paypall won't guarantee "virtual" goods that they can't prove were delivered. So Ebay the game boxes & include account info with those. Then have the boxes and account info delivered via certified mail so you can prove they received it. Then paypal will guarantee the seller receives the money.

I've bought accounts of ebay before and sold them. Another option is let a middle man sell it for you - tons of them out there if you look.
I've never had any trouble doing either. It's not 100% guaranteed but if you are cautious it's fairly trouble-free. Just make sure you state that the person purchasing must have 10+ve feedback and be registered for at least a year.
Set a minimum amount your willing to take, ensure your setup/verified with paypal. You can even hold back the account info until the funds arrive in your paypal account and you initiate a debit transfer to your bank. Most people have no problem.
On DAOC in general I hear you. I'm monkeying around with newbs in the BG's lately since I just can't be bothered to sink the time into ToA to get competitive. I think DAOC is finally in it's twilight for me as well and it's a good time to sell before WoW comes out.
