I was in a group with him recently. He was a bit rusty. I told him that he was rusty and it would take some time to adjust. He got offended and left. Not my fault if people can't take a simple critique.

Ceregon and Gundorf to CC Himmlischer to heal. Everyone else can use improvement in all departments not listed. It's just critism, but it's still damn insulting.

edit: And for the record, I'm not implying that's the way it actually is, I'm just saying it as an example using people that were typically mentioned when I used to ask other guild members who they felt the best healers were at those specificed fields.
