Changes


Mesmerize Area Specline – Increase range on AoE Mez spell to 1850 to be in line with Albion’s primary CC AoE Mez. There is no reason any one realm should have superior range on CC spells

Runspeed – Move the Healer runspeed buff to baseline Pacification, providing the realm with additional runspeed without giving the ability to another class (a move to baseline Aug would give it to Shaman as well).

Enhancements
Cleanse Intellect – Group insta-cast Heal Mez spell, 2000 range, 10 minute recast timer, Level 33-35 Pacification spec.

Lesser Inhibition – Single Target Baseline Root. Target is effectively immobilized (loses 99% of possible movement speed) for the duration of the spell. If any damage is done to the target, the spell will break.
Lvl 20 Lesser Inhibition 2.5s cast, 36s duration 1500 range -99% (Body) 12 power

Superior Inhibitions – AoE Specline Root. Target is effectively immobilized (loses 99% of possible movement speed) for the duration of the spell. If any damage is done to the target, the spell will break. This is an "Area of Effect" (AOE) spell which can affect multiple targets in the spell's radius.
Lvl 25 Major Inhibitions 2.5s cast, 49s duration, 1500 range, 350 area -99% (Body) 19 power
Lvl 35 Greater Inhibitions 2.5s cast, 60s duration, 1500 range, 350 area -99% (Body) 25 power
Lvl 45 Superior Inhibitions 2.5s cast, 73s duration, 1500 range, 350 area -99% (Body) 32 power

Instant Inhibition – Specline Single Target Instant Root. Similar progression to single target instant mez.

Greater Instant Inhibitions – Specline AoE Instant Root. Similar progression to AoE instant mez.

Eir’s Concussive Bellow – Specline PBAE insta shout on a 5 minute recast timer. Effect: Knockback opponents in area to a range of 700 and apply a 3 second root effect. Also breaks /stick & /follow. Radius scales with levels, 150 radius @ lvl 25, 250 @ 35, 350 @ 45.
