Anyone know how to code scroll bars into labels or textbox's?

I made a multipication table and am hoping i could code a scroll bar into the label so if i go above 22 x 46 it wouldn't wordwrap

Sadly I took VB.Net long ago and cant remember a damn thing about it, otherwise I would be able to help you :(
