I couldn't connect to that from work but from the title, "Stiches Attacks," I think this is a quest encounter. I remember seeing something like that in beta. This huge orge/piecmeal zombie comes rampaging through town, and his name was Stiches.

Then again I can't see the video yet, so maybe it's just a coinsidense that they have similar names.
