Although detractors decry (MMA) as a brutal, bloody form of human cockfighting, aficionados know it is a brutal, bloody, totally fucking awesome form of human cockfighting. -The Onion

I never thought about Playing EQ2 untill I picked up the beta honestly. The game really was amazing, not only Visually, but Mechanics, UI, Quests, Mobs, and everything that I have ever seen in a MMO was in this game and done right the FIRST time.
I honestly was completly satisfied as a gamer. With so much to do and so much to experiance I feel I'm like a kid in a candy store running around leveling, crafting, Questing and not even paying attention to my XP bar.
The major problem I saw with WOW was class imbalance and a PVP reward system. Blizzard has spent VERY little time developing the PvP aspects of this game when 99% of the people were playing it for PvP. Which lead me to believe that were just following the footsteps of Mythic and not breaking out as a true PvP game worth playing.
I had a level 50 In Lineage II, before Chronicals I and the SOLE purpose for me to spend hrs and hrs of leveling was hopes that the PvP would some day be fixed. We ALL have been waiting for something to get off of DAOC broke ass shit and now I have 2 Games WORTH playing more then DAOC!!! WOOOOT!!
After playing L2 and Daoc I knew that getting companies to listen to their customers is nearly impossible. I didn't want to spend another 60days leveling a toon in HOPES that one day PvP will be done right. Frankly, that will never happen IMO. I want a game that's done right the FIRST time around. Eq2 is that game for me for PVE, I really can't ask for anything better. BUT PVP is still my #1 reason to play a MMO.
Granted when I hit End-Game Eq2 will bore me, after I have done and seen it all, and yes even though PvP can become imbalanced it's still fun dishing out death over and over balanced or not! It's nice top have a level 50 in EQ2 to fall back on if WOW flops. I do see Dark and Light, and Guild Wars, to also play a huge impact in PvP games
So we will see...

Install it ... at least you'll have something to do when the next EQ2 data corropution happens
I read the EQ2 boards and I see thousands of people that would be happier in WoW ... all this exp rate debate seems people want to keep the bonuses that were awarded after the downtime.
Also some chatter of rest xp bonus which i think is a great idea WoW brought to the table for the casual gamer. Even DAOC is trying to copy WoW now
