Extinct For Mayor!!!
Seriously Tho.. Hall = Always up for PVP / Also is respected by Guild
Monty = Very Helpful / Does Alot Of Guild Shit
Kandar = Knows Alot about WoW / But has a Mangina
So imho i say not one person should run BWC but those 3 should run the crew.. Dont just give one person power because that could ruin the guild..
also one can pick up where the other slacks...
p.s or i can just flex my cyber muscles and slap around everyone...

When I first joined BWC, one of the many things I liked about SH was that as soon as I logged on, he would send me an invite and we would go do something as a guild. It may have been because I was one of three 60 priests at the time, but it was very consistent and I felt like I accomplished a lot in a short period of time. It felt good to be part of a guild where I knew everyone was there to help each other out (like the repeated farms of LBRS to get Rhuac his tome).
Since arriving in Japan, that has dropped off quite a bit (partly due to the time difference and partly due to real life issues). Most people who see me on during the weekend know that I am grouped pretty much most of the time: UBRS, Strat, Scholo, etc (during the weekdays there is never anyone on so I lvl alts, work, and socialize at those times). However, I end up spending a lot of time with non-guildies because everyone else in the guild seems to be doing something. Whenever the raid I am on needs members, I always ask in /gu first before resorting to recruiting others. However, there are a lot of people I have never grouped with so I don't know what they need or are looking for. I don't mind helping and really only need 3 items (Dreadmist Sandals, Dreadmist Mantle, and Skullsmoke) before I devote full time to pvp/guildie assist (and really the only reason I farm equipment is because I know I will never be able to devote enough time to pvp to get the truly high-end ranking items because there aren't consistent players on at my hours).
Which leads me to my preferences on the candidates of Monty, Hall, and Winke:
Monty - I've grouped with him a ton, more so in ED on DAOC (have been somewhat limited with him on WoW because of our conflicting schedules and competing roles as group priest). I know he can pvp (we used to do small group action in Odin's Gate all the time and then limited action in New Frontiers). I know he also cares a lot about guild members and will do a lot to assist everyone if you just let him know what you need done (both pve and pvp). However, he has limited hours on the weekend so is somewhat limited during peak hours for most people. If he can successfully organize a weekday MC raid, even if it requires non-guildies, it will likely bode well for weekday BG action.
Hall - was part of the original BWC group I would run with when SH invited me. He knows his class and plays extremely well. I believe he will be an outstanding pvp leader and look forward to grouping with him if I see him on during the weekends (have never seen him on during my weekday hours). I look forward to the days when all I have to do is load up for pvp (I miss that about DAOC because once I had all my crap, all I wanted to do was go gank Albs/Hibs) and I think others will as well. The only downside is the god-awful end game that Blizzard has stuck us with that leaves many people feeling as though they need certain items to be able to compete.
Winke - was still leveling up when I first joined BWC, but has always come through for me when I needed help with something. Also an outstanding Warrior who is willing to devote the time to get things done (a.ka. sweat through Scholomance 5-man with 2 retards in the group). I do see him on occassionally during my hours, which indicates that he is on a lot. He has also always been very positive and knows his shit. The only flaw I spot is that he doesn't consistently organize raids (pvp or pve). However, that may just be on my weird hours when there aren't a lot of people around to organize.
All three would be a great GM and I'll gladly group with any of them for whatever is going on (even if it isn't something I need/want to do - because at the end of the day, this game is just another social outlet and I'd rather spend it with people I enjoy doing things with than with random schmoes who are lifeless dorks).
