Between me and my girlfriend we talk to alot of ex DAoCers and it seems like every one of them is reactivating to play this server. Its gunna be interesting!
Also can catacombs gear increase stat caps and give TOA bonuses? like melee speed and shit? Or is everyone gunna be running around with capped stats like pre-TOA?
New DAoC Server!

It's looking more and more like Mid is where everyone would like to roll. I wouldn't mind farting around with a hunter and/or savage. I really think that this server will fly...sounds like a blast to me.

I never played there...I hope someone will show me where to level if we do indeed go there...btw, how is a hunter's damage? I'm really only interested in playing a bow-type class...hope I'm not making a mistake.

I think hunters and rangers will be pretty hard for normal stealthers to combat, if any normal stealthers even bother to make characters there. The problem with Assassin classes is that Mythic always said that they consider that these characters are buffed when they balance them, so they are going to suck pretty hard on a normal server. Although, I wouldn't mind running into an unbuffed wizard with a 2h critblade like I used to back in the day

Bow type classes aren't really group friendly, and on a ranged buff server, un-buffed stealthers would have a difficult time taking out their buffed non-stealth counterparts (assuming they have buffs of course).
You never know though, Mythic might make stealthers "self buffed" like vamps or something like that.
