Noob looking for Warlock info please

I have been reading on warlock and this class looks amazing, pbaoe, root, dot, spread heal, power regen, etc.

What is that primary and secondary stuff, can I cast a secondary, or just a primary and attack a pbaoe etc ?

What is chambers ? is it used to interupt, not get interupt, does it help to make some casts spells instas ?

This looks like an easy class to level, is it ?

Is this viable for the new server that everyone say will be tank heavy ?

this is a sick class, not sure how he stays alive for so long, but looks a lot of fun to play. One of the class I had the most fun to play was the ice wiz, this looks like same, but with dots, heals, etc.
