Never played EQ but heard it was the content king.

Screenies and video clips look amazing.

I'm hoping by the time of it's release I've kicked my gaming habit or else I could be in trouble.

Well there is all of the screenies and vids but still there are no details about the game yet. I need to know about the races and classes before i can start to really want to play the game.

I loved EQ though i was a long time Bard player with quite a few other players. eventhough i was on a carebare server it was still the funnest bard i have played.

But!! there are alot about the classes before that i didnt like from the balanceing and fact that alot were just not fun to play. I hope they learned alot and will make this one soo much better.

What are the game's requirements?
Operating System: Windows 98/2000/ME/XP
Processor: 733 mhz
RAM: 512 MB
Video Card: DirectX 8 compliant. Pixel shader and Vertex shader compatible hardware with 64mb of texture memory (eg: GeForce 3)
Sound Card: DirectSound compatible audio hardware

So figure double that for good performance. Still, thats not that steep.

EQ you need RAM, the more the merrier. 512 will be playable on raids, 1gb would be blazing.

well even if you have 2X the req I dont think the graphix are going to look as good as they do on the rendering shots.

I'm deffinetly gonna wait untill I can see the Race/Class.
And I want to see if they are going to make the characters as dependent on items like EQ1...so I might give it a few months after initial release.
