If I recall correctly [and i may not] but ,you are a dentist, yes?
Professionalism counts in this office-type of setting. Hire the wrong person and it could cost you patients and referrals. Not to mention countless errors.
And no one wants to deal with a complete dumbass at their doctors office. You want someone who could actually assist your clients without the answer always being "hang on, let me ask".
You also want someone who will able to deal confidently with the insurance companies.
I would hire the more experienced person. Just sit down with person prior to final decision and voice your concerns. You always have your 90 day probation period to see if the fit is right.
Always go with experience in a professional setting is my call. In the end , you'll be glad you did.

Why do men think that attractive women piss other women off? For me its the opposite; sloppy, unkept, mousy women piss me off. I mean would it kill you to attempt to look your best?
I mean there is a difference between being attractive and being a complete bitch because you think youre better than everyone else.
There is also a difference between hiring someone that not only can do the job but look good doing it than someone who looks sloppy/frumpy and cant do the job as well.
Sounds to me like to have a win/win on your hands.
as far as the milf thing goes: you guys will never let me live it down that I had to ask in guild what that meant when my neighbors kid called me that.

they are using EB's system because game stop has no way to find anything in thier inventory. EB's system has the ability to look at other stores in the district to see if a game you are looking for is close by. But we are adopting Game Stop's teminology. i'm stuck in the middle where i can't even get rehired yet because of the silly merger but i think i'll probably start next week.
