hibs still need some help at that time, but everyone else seems to be fine with 2fg of albs in Odins at that time too.

theres gonna be a lot of lvl 30 hibs then when the make-lvl20/30-chars-if-u-got-a-lvl50-char rule gets in use

as far as i know is all servers but in teh underpopulated realms u can make lvl 30 chars where u in the normal realms as here on merlin in midgaard only can make lvl 20 chars
