ok this is what happen on this raid from my side ..........................
we har 5 items one of them stone one where a hammer i startet whit hammer
non roll on it after yell and some whiting then i gav it up to shammy and healer roll ....
after i won the hammer to my shammy a thane hammer spec fund out she like to roll on hammer .. ok she had a lower roll then me but i just had giv roll up on stone and yell when some ppl start to say she is thane and hammer spec i desidet to giv this hammer to the thane and some ppl didten got there roll on stone at that time then 2 think it where hammer and ffa but if it where hammer then ffa is at end .. i had say grats me in cg for the hammer but giv it to the thane when i see she roll on it so do i care who the .... get items ...... if i do i had keep the hammer ok like 5 mins later after telling and giveing the stone to one in myth trump start saying i cheat whit loot and rolls then him and one more roll 5 mins after the roll startet on stones the stone where alrdy giveing away and i had say it in cg 3 mins b4 it and say who had got the hammer too

This is a very difficult post to get through. I realize you (at least you better not) don't speak english as your primary language. But I'm still unsure what the issue was about.
You won the hammer, then someone who needed it more rolled later, and you gave it to them. Then something about rolling for a stone? You had the stone, people rolled for it, and someone won it, then 5 minutes later trump and someone else tried to roll for the stone, but you said it had already been given out?
Is that what the issue is?

the hammer had 0 bids from usere class and it got given up to shammy and healer roll .. i say grats me in cg and 1 min after the thane roll on it and mian time i had whitet in cg stone roll now and made a yell the thane roll b4 i say stone roll on the hammer and to not have to many say it where wrong i won the hammer i didt giv the thane the hammer and tell it in cg then i where looking on the rolls and made my roll on stone and where asking if huzzai had won it and he had highst roll on it and i didt giv him it and 3 mins after some tells some cg chatting and says the 2 where rolling on stone that had been giveing away 3 mins ago

i was on the tg raid spoken of and would like to say a few things ...
the raid itself went really well ...we had a few problems with ppl not wanna lissent but nothing more than usally.
i had heard a lot of rumors about henriettes lotto after her raids took 3-4 times longer than normal but as it was the first time i was in tg with her as leader i couldnt put my finger on some specifik flaws in her way of doing the loot.
just wanna sad that ppl should have turned down for the spam and up for their lisentning when the lotto began, cause then there might ben a bigger chance one could se what we where bidding for
think the biggest problem here where ppl just where confused over when we where bidding for each pice of loot thus making the whole lotto kinda confusing.
as always didnt i win any loot, but i know my time shall come
and i hope theres a place for me in your invite raids henriette cause i think u do a as good job as some of the best tg raid leaders i know in the game e.g. glimi and sleyn

It's ok I get the general idea.
Here are my thoughts. Be brutal when leading. Talk in all caps, and make everyone else shut up. Use a different line for loot stats than what is normally talked on (make them talk in says, and use the chat channel to give stats). This puts you in a different color from everyone else, and that contrast makes it easier for people to notice. You can't make everyone be 100% quiet, so let them use some line. As soon as you give the stats on a nice item, you are going to get a lot of "drools" and "woot, awesome healer hammer!" and the other stuff. Just get it off /c.
SPAM when you lead. If there is something important, say it all caps and repeat it. And the first thing you spam is TIME FOR LOOT. KEEP OFF THIS LINE OR YOU CAN NOT ROLL FOR ANYTHING. Use your shift up to repeat that 3 or 4 times quickly. Make the chat private and boot anyone out who doesn't listen. Yeah it is mean but it is also fair.
About this specific case. If you said it, and someone doesn't pay attention, it is their fault and not yours. Move on. Obviously language barriers may have been an issue, so perhaps let someone more fluent in english or both languages handle the lotto next time? But it really shouldn't matter that much.
I really am a nice guy, but it may not come across as such when leading. Make a rule and stick to it. You can bet next time they pay attention if they get kicked out of chat. Warn em first if you want.
